JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
• Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
• Conducts interviews with employee candidates.
• Recommends, documents and issues discipline.
• Responsible for supervision, evaluation and training of staff.
• Directs maintenace program of designated group to ensure clean and attractive public environment.
• Minimum of one to three years experience in a professional office management cleaning environment and/or cleaning of large public facility.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees. #oceandowns
